Love Is the Way Book Discussion Group

Thursdays, October 7-December 9

Love is the Way by Bishop Curry

This group is discussing Love Is the Way Bishop Curry. Facilitated by Molly Stuart and Betsy Neas, the group’s subtitle is “Holding onto Hope in Troubling Times,” which sums up the essence of the book. 


Women’s Missionary Society

The dynamic WMS meets monthly (except for July and August) and provides programs for spiritual growth and education. Their annual Christmas Bazaar, which raises funds for a large variety of mission programs and projects, is a grand event looked forward to by area residents each year. One of their particular projects is maintaining a Prayer Chain for the concerns of the church and wider community.

TELLS— Tuesday Evening Ladies Literary Society

TELLS meets every Tuesday evening in various homes for sharing, learning and exploring together. We read books on a variety of topics, leading to stimulating discussion. We share joys and concerns and pray for and with one another. Call or email the CUCC office and ask to be added to the email list and join anytime.
